By orchestrating seamless communication between agencies through a sophisticated rules engine and AI-assisted decision services, we eliminated redundancies and automated workflows, drastically reducing processing times and costs. This approach transformed fragmented touchpoints into a cohesive, transparent experience where citizens can navigate the entire service lifecycle with clarity and ease.
